**1. Deposit and Cancellation:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. This deposit can be applied to your next appointment if proper notice is given.
• To receive a refund of the remaining 75%, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
• Cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and 50% of the total service fee.

**2. Service Satisfaction:

• If you are dissatisfied with the results of your service, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to address the issue or provide professional advice for aftercare.
• You have 7 days from the date of service to contact us for a complete accommodation.

**3. Product Returns:

• If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, please email us at edify.heidi@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
• Return the item to receive a full refund. Refund requests made after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
